At the Ageas Bowl and Beyond

Fern and Alice had a busy couple of days, starting off at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton on Sunday for the cricket ODI England v New Zealand. This was the second outing for the Pedigree Green Screen experience, and it was Fern’s turn to hit the green!

The clouds cleared up for a warm and sunny afternoon, however England weren’t so lucking as they lost against the New Zealanders. You’ll be able to find us at the Ashes in Edgbaston later this summer.

Dagenham was the next stop for the opening of one of Marston’s newest sites, The Pipe Major. The pub was opened by The Worshipful the Mayor of Barking and Dagenham, Councillor Simon Bremner, with Council Leader, Councillor Darren Rodwell, Councillor Tony Ramsay and the Dagenham Girl Pipers who performed for the staff, friends and family who had come along to support the opening. The Dagenham Girl Pipers were absolutely incredible and it was an amazing experience first thing on a Monday morning. Good luck to all the team at the Pipe Major, we really enjoyed our visit.
